This is a new section, still very much under construction. Here, I will deal with a selection of common ailments and describe some herbal treatments. The information presented  is for guidance only, and is not intended to take the place of diagnosis and treatment by a qualified practitioner. Some herbs may interact adversely with other medication, so make sure that your health professional is aware of everything you are taking. You should always seek the advice of a qualified practitioner or doctor if your symptoms persist or get worse.
